Dispensing Door
Self-closing draw handles on clear plastic dispenser doors are the norm. Round dispensing nozzle conveniently fits the hole in domed lids.

Electronic Control
Our unique microprocessor-based universal control, which comes standard with Slushtech™ regulates refrigeration by gauging product viscosity. Serviceability is aided by self-diagnostic capabilities.

Intended for use with bag-in-box packaging and FCB syrup. To use syrup in tanks, optional syrup tank fittings are available.

Carbonation System
A self-contained system for carbonation provides carbonated water at the specified pressure. Sure Set Flow Control automatically maintains brix settings by adjusting for changes in the pressures of the syrup, CO2, and water. The factory sets the flow rate of the soda water.

Indicator Lights/Audible Alarm
For the loss of CO2, water, or syrup, lights flash and an alert beeps. Even if the syrup is gone on one side, the other side will still be functional. To mute the alarm for 30 minutes, use the snooze option.

Automatic Defrost
The operator can separately choose the time and frequency for defrosting each freezer cylinder thanks to programmable defrost cycles. Customers are cautioned not to take product from the side that is being defrosted by the flashing defrost light. The freezer automatically restores the product to serving viscosity at the conclusion of the defrost cycle.

Power Saver
The Power Saver feature can be set to either Standby or Rest Mode for extended periods of inactivity. Standby Mode keeps the product in the freezing cylinder between 35 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit (1.6 and 4.4 degrees Celsius) for the quickest return to serving. The refrigeration system is turned off in Rest Mode to save the maximum electricity. For seven cycles, start and end times can be independently programmed.

Air Filter
For optimum refrigeration system operation, condensers should be kept clean and serviceable.
